Aussie Shot Studios is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

7. Image Alterations

Aussie Shot Studios is not responsible for any alterations made to the delivered images by the client or any third party after the images are provided.

8. Model Releases

It is the client's responsibility to obtain model releases from individuals photographed during the session, if necessary. Aussie Shot Studios is not responsible for any failure to obtain such releases.
